I have stayed at several Airbnb’s and this host was by far the most accommodating, friendly, experienced host I’ve ever worked with. The property was beautiful and just as it was described on the site. I would definitely recommend this property for family or friends getting together. The check-in was easy and the host sends you links for activities and restaurants and recommendations. Just an overall outstanding stay!

Absolutely beautiful place! We had an amazing time at the house for Christmas. Everything was as described and the amenities were incredible! Jakeb was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Wonderful experience all the way around. Can't say enough about how wonderful everything was.

We loved our stay at this beautiful new house! We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 girls ages 7-12 and two pups). There was more than enough space. The house is very close to the beach walkover and totally walkable to the beach, even in the Texas heat for kids. We had a golf cart, but it was totally not necessary as it doesn't help you get closer to the beach and there was so much parking for cars at the community center and pool. We wouldn't get one when coming back. Jakeb was very easy to communicate with! Very helpful and flexible. He has thought of everything. The beach towels, toys, chairs, wagon, and dog crate were awesome to have there and not have to pack. Can't wait to go back!

This home delivered above and beyond! One of the only homes with views of bay, and ocean that offers a large pool to accommodate bigger crowds! Beautifully designed with all tech offerings, Google in kitchen, sound system by pool, coffee in rooms, games for kids, and enough TOWELS for everyone! (Huge win!). Favorite amenities include the ice machine, in bar area so you never have to run to gas station, spa next to pool, pool toys already downstairs, bags for those fun nights on the patio, plenty of TVs for kids not to fight over! (Bunk rooms include new headsets for kids and private reading lights). The hosts (Jake/Janiece) we're by far the most responsive, helpful, gracious in providing the cutest welcome kit on the kitchen island, felt like a home away from home! Worth every dollar!

Our family gathers once a year to simply spend time together. We cook, play games, have a glass of wine or two and mostly just love and laugh. Jakeb's place was simply heaven for our yearly get- together! The house is welcoming, spacious, beautiful, and private. The views of both the ocean and the bay are amazing! Sunsets are breathtaking from the third floor. Jakeb was THE-BEST-AIRBNB- HOST-EVER! He was kind, helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure our time at his home enhanced our weekend in every way. We simply could not have asked for a better person to help us with the details of our trip and his personal touch definitely set this trip apart from all the previous ones. This property is perfect for large groups so if you have a family that loves to spend time together and create great memories, I could not recommend this home more! Thank you Jakeb!
