A $150 fee will be required if you choose to bring pets) HOUSE RULES: • You will be required to review, sign & send back a rental agreement / liability waiver within 48 hours after you book the property... if you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and request that we cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty. June 2024 5.00Loved our stay! We had a few issues with it being a brand new build, however, the host was extremely quick to address them! The host was phenomenal at responding to all of our questions prior to our stay which really helped us plan. Fantastic location! Quick walk to the beach and the house came equipped with just about anything you needed to have a good set up. We for 4 families comfortably with 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant. Totally recommend!

May 2024 5.00This house and property is 💯 gorgeous! The house is brand new, and the decor is stunning. Bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. It is about a football field walk to the causeway to the beach, but there is a small pond behind the house that provides a good view. Downstairs there is plenty of room for bags, washers, and grilling. We came here for my 40th birthday party with a group of friends and Jakeb (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the front door handle and he had a repairman there to fix it within 15 minutes. Plenty of patio decks, only thing I wish the back patio had was a direct stairwell down to the first floor/garage (vs walking back to the front door). Highly recommend this listing and house/host for a 100% positive experience.

May 2024 5.00We loved our stay at this beautiful new house! We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 girls ages 7-12 and two pups). There was more than enough space. The house is very close to the beach walkover and totally walkable to the beach, even in the Texas heat for kids. We had a golf cart, but it was totally not necessary as it doesn't help you get closer to the beach and there was so much parking for cars at the community center and pool. We wouldn't get one when coming back. Jakeb was very easy to communicate with! Very helpful and flexible. He has thought of everything. The beach towels, toys, chairs, wagon, and dog crate were awesome to have there and not have to pack. Can't wait to go back!
